The blissful seconds, I still recall

Their wings caught in the rhythm of the sky
Its silkiness holds on to a watchful moon
So strong, so feirce, in our hearts so true
Like a ship defying a storm’s ghastly clasp
In this whispering love, we both endlessly dance 
With each step, the world soflty disappears
Your touch etches poetry in my soul so deep
Each lingering fingertip a verse to rhyme
